SHIPPING POLICY

We offer FREE shipping on all orders to 220 counties,  on a door to door basis. Prices include all taxes, custom duties and VAT,  so there is nothing more to pay. Custom clearance involved for international shipments is our responsibility, and product will be delivered directly to your doorstep in one smooth process.

DELIVERY TIME

All orders are delivered by Air Courier, and we expect delivery within 2-3 weeks of order confirmation.  

SERIAL NUMBER

Each piece is stamped with a unique serial number which allows us full traceability about the timber, fabrication, treatment and customer details. Please qoute this serial number on all corresponence after you have recieved your product.
